Thank you for shopping with Chason the Sun! We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
🚚 Free Shipping Eligibility
- We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00.
- To qualify, your order subtotal must be $50.00 or more after any discounts or promo codes are applied, and before applicable taxes.
- For orders under $50.00, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
⏱️ Processing & Handling Times
- All orders are processed same business day.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you immediately via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
📦 Delivery Estimates & Rates
We ship via USPS. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping ($50+ Orders): Free | 3–5 business days
- Standard Shipping (Under $50): $8 flat rate | 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Optional): Calculated at checkout (usually $15) | 1–2 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.
📍 Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to destinations within the United States.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
📧 Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- Chason the Sun is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as delivered.
- If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at tay_chason@yahoo.com right away so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
