Free Shipping Eligibility

We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00.

•To qualify, your order subtotal must be $50.00 or more after any discounts or promo codes are applied, and before applicable taxes.
•For orders under $50.00, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

•All orders are processed same business day.
•Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
•If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you immediately via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

We ship via USPS. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.

•You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
•The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

•Chason the Sun is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as delivered.
•If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team right away so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
